THE UNDERGROUND TANGO ENSEMBLE

The Underground Tango Ensemble is a Quartet based in New York City that release the album "El Charrúa", a Tango tribute to the music of composer and bandoneonist Raúl Jaurena. The album consists in compositions by Jaurena with arrangements by the members of the Quartet.
The Concert Release took place at the Merkin Concert Hall - Kaufman Music Center in New York City. For the concert, the Underground Tango Ensemble played with special guests such as Marga Jaurena (singer), Sergio Reyes (violin), Sarita Apel & Andres Bravo (Tango Dancers) and the very special appearance of Paquito D'Rivera (clarinet) and Diego Urcola (trumpet)
